All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we encounter unforeseen postal service issues, we will notify you and keep you updated as to the nature and duration of any delay.

We ship world-wide from the U.S.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For U.S. orders, we offer several shipping options. You may select your shipping speed and calculated price at checkout. All orders are shipped directly from our shop in Middletown, NY, 10940. Most U.S. orders, regardless of carrier option and service speed selected at checkout, are usually delivered within five business days of the date shipped. We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, and DHL.
For International orders, we do not offer free shipping, regardless of purchase amount. International shipping speed and options are also available at checkout. We do ship world-wide via USPS and DHL.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For free shipping packages under 1 pound, we utilize USPS First Class Mail. For free shipping packages over 1 pound, we utilize USPS Priority Mail.
For International Orders:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bad Kitti Claws is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We do offer delivery for a $3.00 fee within 10 miles of Middletown, NY.
Local deliveries are made 7 days a week, and can be arranged to be made within 3 days of the date of your order.
We will contact you via email or text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Tracking information will be provided with all orders, when available from the carrier.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns of personal care or handmade items. We will review and then refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for accepted returns. Please see our Refund Policy page for more information on returns and refunds.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
