    We are excited to announce that we are currently implementing our new client consultation process! To foster the best experience for our clients and ensure we can fully meet your cosmetic pedicure needs, all new clients are required to schedule a FREE Virtual Consultation before booking services. This quick and easy process ensures we can provide you with the best possible service, tailor your services to your individual needs, and make sure we have the opportunity to address any questions you may have.

  • Why do we conduct a Virtual Consultation?

    Your Virtual Consultation helps us understand your nail and foot appearance concerns before your first visit, allowing us to provide a safe and personalized salon experience. This consultation is not a medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, but rather a way to ensure that we can meet your beautification needs within our cosmetic service scope of practice. It gives us an opportunity to also identify if any appearance concerns may fall outside our cosmetic scope of practice. In such cases, we may recommend contacting a licensed medical provider or podiatrist.

  • The Consultation Process

    • Client consultations will now be conducted virtually prior to scheduling your first in-salon appointment. After booking your consultation, you will receive a confirmation email with several intake forms at the bottom, which must be completed prior to your consultation appointment.
    • At the time of your appointment, simply click the 'Join with Yocale Meet' button in your confirmation email from your smartphone or webcam-equipped computer to be connected to the virtual meeting.
    • If you are unable to do a virtual meeting, just let us know prior to your appointment and we can make other arrangements.
    • After your consultation, your services will be scheduled and you will receive a new confirmation email and text for your salon appointment.
  • Client Portal

    Our new client management system will provide you with a secure client portal where consultation forms, notes, photos, appointment details, and more can be accessed by you and your salon service provider. This will allow you to effortlessly
    track your cosmetic nail care progress, ensure we have the most up-to-date information, and view your past and upcoming appointments. Our portal is confidential and secure. While we are not a medical provider, our system is designed to safeguard your privacy according to industry best practices.
