To foster the best experience for our clients and ensure we can fully meet your needs, all new clients are required to schedule a FREE Virtual Consultation before booking services. This quick and easy process ensures we can provide you with the best possible care, tailor your services to your individual needs, and make sure we have the opportunity to address any concerns and questions you may have.

• Client consultations will now be conducted virtually prior to scheduling your first appointment. After booking your consultation, you will receive a confirmation email with several intake forms at the bottom, which must be completed prior to your consultation appointment.
• At the time of your appointment, simply click the 'Join with Yocale Meet' button in your confirmation email from your smartphone or webcam-equipped computer to be connected to the virtual meeting.
• If you are unable to do a virtual meeting, just let us know prior to your appointment and we can make other arrangements.
• After your consultation, your services will be scheduled and you will receive a new confirmation email and text for your salon appointment.

Our new client management system will provide you with a secure client portal where consultation forms, notes, photos, appointment details, and more can be accessed by you and your provider. This will allow you to effortlessly track your healthy nails journey, ensure we have the most up-to-date information, and view your past and upcoming appointments. Our portal is completely confidential and secure, and meets all confidentiality requirements under HIPAA.
